I ordered this for my mom weeks ago and it was never delivered

I have not received order. I have attempted to reach out to your customer service team for more information on the status of my order and have not heard back from anyone - it's becoming incredibly frustrating.

If I do not hear back from anyone from VenomPheroPerfume customer service team on my order and ETA of arrival by Dec 20th I will be forced to take further measures.
